A coffee table-style book showing you how to buy an early American house and restore it inexpensively and authentically.  The author details his restoration of an 18th century farmhouse and outbuildings.  This book also provides a concise history of 18th and 19th century interiors.  It is illustrated in black and white.  This book measures 8.5” x 11” and contains 204 pages.  The dust jacket is in poor condition, though the book’s condition is good with no markings other than an inscription.
