This is a rare, complete ten-volume encyclopedia set from 1877!  It’s hard to believe these encyclopedias have remained together for 148 years!  These encyclopedias are truly wonderful, with illustrations accompanying the entries, as well as colored maps of the major countries and regions of the world.  Each volume measures 7.5” x 10.5” and contains 800-1,000 pages.  The tenth volume has a supplemental section and an index.  These encyclopedias are in good to great condition for their age.  Some of the spines are brittle and show wear.  The interior pages are in excellent condition.  Use the set as part of your autumn home decor!
